From the CONSOLE SERIES bootleg toy line.

So I love gaming, especially the NES. It was a huge part of my childhood, and the weirder the game the better.

While brainstorming obscure games from NES library I reached in and pulled this rubber marlin from a pile of animal toys. Inspiration struck, and from a really terrible game this bootleg was made. (hey, even Nintendo Power had a paragraph reviewing the game)

The Marlin is small, painstakingly hand painted to recreate the pixelated trophy fish from the game and layered in sealant. I created the design and packaging, and assembled everything by hand. measures about 5×7 with a peg punch our for hanging up and displaying for all to see. Back is blank. A true collectors item, made for that Nintendo fan who says they own everything or even stranger, a true fan of the Blue Marlin game.
