From the SKATE SERIES bootleg toy line.

Hands down the BEST skater show ever created. I’ll watch KOTR over any skater tape any day of the week. It had it all; blood, guts, poop, incredible skating, even more incredible tricks and stunts, legendary skaters and new legends in the making. The show pitted 3 pro teams (Deathwish, Enjoi, Creature, so on) against each other to earn points in wild skating and non skating scenarios. I can’t do it justice describing it so just go watch on YouTube or Vice)

KOTR features 3 figures that you can pretend to be any 3 of the pro skaters from the show. The skater are spray painted the signature KOTR colors and layered in a sealant. I created the design and packaging, and assembled everything by hand. In total it measures about 6×9 with a peg punch our for hanging up and displaying for all to see. Back is blank. It’s made to look like a weird toy line that was supposed to take off but lost to time. A true collectors item.

All bootlegs are always 1 of 1. I never recreate or make the same bootleg twice, which makes this super rare, collectible, sought after, to be treasured, to be coveted…I think. THIS IS NOT A TOY TO BE OPENED AND PLAYED WITH. You’re not buying some toy, you’re buying a piece of art to display in your game room, store, nerd cave, or as a unique gift to some special Thrasher in your life.

Special thanks to AJ’s Toy Boarders. I repurposed the skater figures for movies and games that featured skating; Skate or Die, Gleaming the Cube, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, and other skater related ideas that swirl in my brain. Great toys and even better mission statement, so if you ever see a bundle of these skaters in a shop pick them up and support a truly RAD small toy company!
